Chef Calico created this recipe from his memories of helping his mom cook back on the farm. Only the fattest mice are selected and theirr brains are carefully scooped out and pickled in large vats. Grandma Calico knew just the right herbs and spices,and of course, catnip, to bring out that wonderful flavor. This treat is downright addictive!
